Ticketmaster, a Live Nation Entertainment company, has today announced the launch of its white-label festival ticketing platform, Front Gate, in Australia.
The world-leading live entertainment company makes the announcement in conjunction with the launch of Falls Festival 2017/18, which will utilise Front Gate Tickets for its 25th annual event.
This follows Front Gate Tickets’ long-standing partnerships with some of North America's biggest events, including Coachella, Lollapalooza and Austin City Limits.
Front Gate Tickets, based in Austin, Texas, is an end-to-end ticketing solution that streamlines the fan experience while offering an unrivalled service to clients.
Built with festivals in mind, Front Gate offers all the functions a festival client requires – quick checkout options, along with the ability to upsell VIP experiences, group bookings, tiered pricing and much more.
Front Gate’s customer focus continues through to its onsite capabilities, offering RFID integration for cashless payment solutions, quick and easy access control, and the ability to lead sponsorship activations to encourage fan engagement and data collection.
The platform is fully optimised for both desktop and mobile, and is integrated with Facebook to offer hassle-free Facebook and Guest checkout.
Front Gate Ticketing is now listing the 25th edition of Falls Festival in four locations across Australia.
Maria O’Connor, Managing Director of Ticketmaster Australasia, said: “Australia’s festival offerings are going from strength to strength, and we are thrilled to announce the launch of Front Gate Tickets. For our festival clients, we understand the importance of having the right ticketing platform for their events, while fans demand just as streamlined ticketing solutions. Following the success of Front Gate in North America and the UK, we are confident our customers will enjoy the Front Gate experience, and our clients will view this as an exciting opportunity to reach even more fans.”
Maria adds, “It’s with real excitement that we unveil Front Gate Tickets alongside the announcement of Falls Festival 2017/18. We look forwarding to working with Falls Festival and Secret Sounds on the 25th annual event.”
Co-Producers Jessica Ducrou and Paul Piticco, Falls Festival, said, “For the 25th anniversary of the first Falls Festival, we are thrilled to be launching our ticket sales for the 2017/2018 events through the world-class ticketing platform, Front Gate Tickets. They are an international powerhouse for festival ticketing and we are excited to be working with them for this special year of Falls Festival, across our amazing four locations within Australia.”
